My secretary will schedule your appointment directly.  There are no complicated voice prompts or extra number to press.  You will either get a live person or leave a message and your call will be returned promptly and courteously.  The dietitian confirms all appointments either by phone or text. In order to service all patients, we  do ask that you give 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.  For your convenience, there are two office locations.  Our goal is to offer old-fashioned service for the modern world.

PAYMENTS AND FEES

The office participates in various private insurances as well as Medicare.  These include:

AETNA   BLUE CROSS   OXFORD   EMPIRE PLAN   CIGNA   POMCO   UNITED   HORIZON    MEDICARE

​Private fees are:  $150.00 for the initial visit and $100.00 for follow-up visits.  Check with your insurance to see

if you have out of network benefits or are covered by a Health Savings Account.

 YOUR FIRST VISIT 

​At your first visit, you will receive an in-depth, nutrition evaluation.  After analyzing your current diet, I will let you know which nutrients you are missing and make specific recommendations how you can make easy changes.  At the end of your first visit, you will receive an individualized meal plan.  I will ask you to keep a food diary based on what you are presently eating
